Anastasia's Story

One of our regular listeners (Anastasia) reached out to share her Bosshole story. It is another remarkable example of an organization ignoring the collateral damage done by a Bosshole. In this encounter, Anastasia was one of eight (8) people that voluntarily left the organization because of this Bosshole. What we see is a manager who seems to be ill-equipped to develop people and may be better suited in an individual contributor role. When will they learn?
