"There is nothing more satisfying than helping a person find meaning and fulfillment in their work. We get one life and it is far too short to waste it on things about which you are not aligned or passionate. Breaking free from stale and outdated methods is necessary in today’s world.”

Behind every new endeavor is usually a pretty good story and Real Good Ventures is no exception. If we were to pinpoint three words that best capture the essence of our new firm they would be fresh, strong, and alive. In our logo, you will find images that reflect these very ideals. The colors themselves represent a fresh start in an area of work that we absolutely love. We wanted a bright, clean color palette that represented why we chose to start RGV and how we look at the work we are blessed to be able to do. Ours is a perspective of abundance, not scarcity.
You’ll also see the image of a tree the top of which is a Celtic, or “endless” knot. For us, it represents that our strength comes from our connections rooted in our faith and from the people around us - firm, unshakeable, and resolute. We also wanted something that reflected life and vitality. RGV’s mission is to help people find meaning and fulfillment in their work and that is a dynamic process that is constant, ongoing, and alive. Life is too fleeting to be wasted on pursuits that do not align with who you are or what you believe. RGV is all about helping people find that.
