A Bosshole by Proxy

Meet Heather (a Promoter), everyone! An incredibly gifted professional who fell victim to a Bosshole that wasn't even her manager. Some Bossholes are so insecure that they allow their judgment to be clouded by jealousy and fear and, in turn, hold others back from reaching their optimum potential. This is a great lesson for any manager that needs to shift a scarcity mentality to one of abundance.
