The Predictive Index® is designed as a “free-choice” assessment with two prompts taking less than 10 minutes to complete. The free-choice model results in data that are more robust and that illustrate a more complete picture of a person’s behavioral DNA. This means that the analytics apply to all phases of the employee lifecycle whereas other forced-choice assessments offer results that are far more limited. PI is also one of the most highly validated psychometric tools available and is scalable for use at every level of the organization.
