Line-of-Sight℠ is a validated assessment designed to diagnose the level of alignment within an organization in five areas known as Keys to Strategic Execution (KSEs). The KSEs we measure are Strategic Understanding, Leadership, Balanced Metrics, Activities & Structure, and Human Capital. LOS is also capable of measuring alignment around an organization’s Market Discipline – in other words, what is our place in the market and are we in agreement about that?
